Todays list of work out was as followed;
  1. 25 leg lifts
  2. 25 sofa push ups “i have a bad knee”
  3. 25 sofa squats
  4. 25 step ups with left leg being dominate
  5. 13 crunches
  • Then I took a short rest to hydrate and repeat
  1. 25 leg lifts
  2. 25 sofa push ups “i have a bad knee”

  4. 25 step ups with right leg being dominate
  5. 13 crunches
